Workspace Management

By clicking the gear icon in the upper right corner of the application and selecting the "Workspace" section, you can configure the entire workspace. Below are some important features available.

1. Changing the Workspace Name

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the application.
2. Click the "Workspace" tab.
3. Change the "Workspace Name" and click "Update."

2. Enable Active App ON・OFF

What is the Active App Display?

VoicePing allows each member's currently active desktop application to be displayed to the right of their name in the left-side name bar. This is the active application display.

How to Turn It On/Off:

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the application.
2. Click the "Workspace" tab.
3. Turn on "Enable Active App."
4. Click "Update."

3. Enabling Text Chat History

Text chat history can be saved for 7 days.

4. Screen Sharing Visibility

• When enabled, all users on the floor can view screen sharing.
• When disabled, only users within the audible range can view screen sharing.
