Key Notes:
- Internet Connection: Both presenters and participants require an internet connection. You can test your speed at fast.com. (Recommended: 30Mbps+, Minimum: 10Mbps).
- Permanent QR Code: The QR code and URL are permanent; they do not change even if sessions start or end. You can set a password for enhanced security.
- Workspace Language: Setting the Workspace Language changes the default UI language displayed to participants at the top of the entry screen.
- Control: You can enable or disable the microphone and text-to-speech (reading) functions for participants.
- Display Customization: You can hide the original transcription and show only the translation for venue screens. Text color, size, and translation speed are also adjustable.
- Message Length: The length of a single audio segment can be adjusted.
- Presentation Subtitles: Transparent background subtitles can be enabled. [Details here]

How to Translate the Presenter's Voice
- Launch the VoicePing App.
- Select the Translation Language.

- Mic Icon: Transcription Language (the language spoken by the presenter).
- "A/æ–‡" Icon: Translation Language (the target language for participants).

- Click the "Start Transcription/Translation" Button.
- Adjust the Display. Adjust the VoicePing translation window size, text size, and color to fit the venue screen. To change the length of a single audio segment, adjust the "Maximum Message Time."

- Unmute the Microphone and begin the translation.
- End the Session. Click the "Stop" button to finish. Add a title and tags to save the session transcript.
- Save the session transcript by adding a title and tags.

Issuing a QR Code for Participants
- Click the "Share" Button.
