Frequently Asked Questions Q. Can individuals sign up for the Enterprise Plan? A. The Enterprise Plan requires a minimum of 50 contracted accounts.

Q. I'm considering the Small Plan. How is transcription time consumption calculated? A. Transcription time is calculated as the total consumption time used by all members and guests.  → Example: Small Plan 600 minutes

30 minutes used, B: 40 minutes used, C (Guest): 25 minutes used

Total time consumed: 30 minutes + 40 minutes + 25 minutes = 95 minutes / Remaining available time: 600 minutes - 95 minutes = 505 minutes

Q. Are transcription times unlimited for the Premium and Enterprise plans?

A. While the Premium and Enterprise plans are listed as “12,000 minutes” and “50,000 minutes,” transcription time is effectively unlimited. If you reach the listed limit, please contact us and we will reset it for you.
