VoicePing can perform not only real-time translation but also transcription and translation of existing audio/video recording files like MP3 and MP4 files.

Transcription and Summary Review

1. Please select “Transcription and translation of audio video files” from three-dot icon menu on the initial screen.

2. Drag audio/video files to the area that says "Click or drag files to this area to add files," or click to select audio/video files

3. A configuration file will open for upload settings

4. Wait for transcription and translation processing to complete after upload

   1. Set the language of the audio/video file and the target translation language
   2. Upload the file

   ※If no target translation language is set, only transcription and summary will be performed

   ※It's possible to upload multiple videos simultaneously.

5. Once transcription and translation processing is complete, summary and media display become available

   1. Summary: Shows transcription and translation only
   2. Media: Shows transcription along with the video (for video files)

Subtitle and Voice Over Embedding

1. Click "Display Media" and click on the desired translation from the "Translate" section
2. Once translation is complete, press the "Download" button. Click either "Video with Subtitles" or "Video with Subtitles and Dubbed Audio" to create the corresponding output
3. After creation, download becomes available
