Speaker Identification

The speaker identification feature automatically identifies and displays speakers when you click on AI Summary in the "Meeting Minutes" section. This feature is very convenient for users who use external meeting tools like Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet for translation, and for those who want to transcribe speech from multiple speakers using a single PC (or microphone) in the VoicePing meeting room.

For Transcription and Translation with External Meeting Tools

Steps

  1. Conduct a meeting using an external meeting tool (refer to the manual below for instructions)
  2. Go to the generated meeting log.
  3. Click the "Try AI Summary" button to check the speaker identification

For Transcription ＆ Translation in the VoicePing Meeting Room

  1. Enter the VoicePing meeting room
  2. Click the "Chat" button
  3. Select the microphone icon (speaking language) + "文 & A" icon (language to be translated)
  4. Unmute the microphone and start recognizing speech
  5. After transcription and translation are finished, leave the meeting room
