How to Use

Recommended Use Case: When attending an Japanese meeting and using the VoicePing app to view real-time translations privately.

  1. Open your meeting tool and launch the VoicePing app.

  1. Select your translation language.

Example: If the meeting is in Japanese and you want to translate it into English → Set the Microphone icon to Japanese and the "文&A" icon to English.

  1. Click "Start Recording" to begin translation.
  2. View the translation in real time.
  3. Click "Stop" to end translation, then save the meeting notes by adding a title and tags.

How to Share a Translation Channel with Guests

Recommended Use Cases:

① When a VoicePing user wants to share real-time translations with external participants so they can view translations on their own devices (Follow steps 1–3). ② When a VoicePing user wants to communicate with external participants in their respective native languages (Follow steps 1–5).

  1. Click the "Share" button.

  1. Generate a guest translation channel and share it with participants.

  1. Once guests join, their names will appear in the participant list. You can also check the number of participants via the "Share" icon. ＊The "Remove" option allows you to remove participants from the translation channel.

  2. If you want to communicate with guests in their native languages, set both the Microphone icon and the "文&A" icon to your own native language.

  3. Unmute the microphone when speaking.

FAQ: How should guests set up their translation view?

  1. When a guest accesses the translation channel via URL or QR code, they will see the following screen:
  1. Click "Join" to enter the channel.
