1. How to Change Basic Status

• Click the status button below your name in the upper left corner of the app.
• Select the status you want to choose.

2. Set "Away" Status Change Time (For Owners & Managers)

Workspace administrators can set the duration of PC inactivity that triggers a status change from the options provided.

• Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the app.
• Click the "Workspace" tab.
• Set the time for "Away" status change.

3. Reset "Busy" Status

You can reset the "Busy" status of all workspace users to "Online" at 24:00 UTC+9 every day.

• Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the app.
• Click the "Workspace" tab.
• Turn on the “Reset Busy Status”
• Click the "Update" button.
