In the VoicePing meeting rooms, information can be shared just like a real boardroom.

Share Screen

Click on “Share Screen” in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen and choose to either share your entire desktop screen or a specific window. Then, start sharing by clicking the “Share” button.

Draw on Screen That is Being Shared

On the part of the screen that is being shared, users can enter text or draw in real-time from the options displayed at the left corner of the displayed screen.

1. Click on “Share Screen” in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen
2. Choose to either share your entire desktop screen or a specific window
3. Start sharing by clicking “Share”
4. Click on the pen icon at the upper left corner of the screen that is being shared

Draw on Entire Screen While Screen Sharing

The function showed above allows users to draw on the part of the screen that is being shared.

However, the function introduced below, allows users to draw on the entire screen of the person who is sharing their screen.

This allows all users to see what is being drawn.

1. Click on “Share Screen” in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen
2. Choose to either share your entire desktop screen or a specific window
3. Start sharing by clicking “Share”
4. Make sure that the pen icon next to “Stop Sharing” is red, not white (the drawing will not show if the pen icon is white)

Share Screen with Just One Click

1. Place cursor over avatars
2. Click on the second icon from the right in the box with avatars

Remote Control

1. Have the person you want remote control over, share their screen
2. Click on “Request remote control” at the upper right corner of the screen being shared
3. Click on “Request”

When you want to end remote controlling, click on “Stop Remote Control”

Text Editor

1. Click on “More” in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen
2. Click on “Text Editor”
3. Sharing begins as the text editor appears on the screen
4. Write in the text editor

※ The text editor allows for multiple people to edit simultaenously. The name of members editing appears next to the text so everyone can see who is typing.

※ From the toolbar at the top of the text editor, the color and font size of text can be changed, lists can be made, etc.

Whiteboard

1. Click on “Whiteboard” in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen
2. Sharing begins as the whiteboard appears on the screen
3. Draw and write on the whiteboard

When working together with other members, you can see the movement of mouse cursors in real time as shown in the video below.

1. Click on “YouTube” in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen
2. Insert the link to the YouTube video you would like to share
