VoicePing allows you to create groups for each team or department in your company. Permission for groups to view the transcripts and recordings in the meeting logs from meeting rooms can be changed.
Create a Group
- Click on the gear icon at the upper right corner of the screen
- Click on “Members”
- Click on “Manage Member”
- Click on “Manage Group”
- Click on “Add Group”
- Enter a group name
- Select members of the group
- Click “Save”
Meeting Log Viewing Permissions for Each Group
The authority to view transcripts and recordings in the meeting logs from meeting rooms can be changed for each group.
Change Viewing Permissions
- Click on “Meeting Logs” in your browser
- Click on a meeting room name in the sidebar on the left side of the screen
- Click on the pen mark next to “Access Group” on the right side of the screen
- Select the groups allowed to view the transcriptions and recordings of the meeting room (Uncheck the groups that are not allowed)
- Click on “Update”
Member Management within a Group
Add Members
- Click on “Manage Teams” in your browser
- Click on “Manage Group”
- Click on a group name
- Click on “Add Member”
- Select members to add to group
- Click on “Save”
Remove Members
- Click on “Manage Teams” in your browser
- Click on “Manage Group”
- Click on a group name
- Click on the trash bin icon next to the member you would like to remove
- Click on “Remove”
Delete Groups
- Click on “Manage Teams” in your browser.
- Click on “Manage Group”.
- Click on the group you would like to delete.
- Click on “Delete Group”.
