Member Management

In the VoicePing virtual office you can add, remove, and change the roles of members.

Manage Members

To manage your members, you will first need to get to the browser page.

  1. Click on the gear icon at the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Click on “Members”
  3. Click on “Manage Member” and you will be redirect to the page shown below

Add Members

  1. Click on “Manage Member” under “Manage Teams”
  2. Click on “Add Member”
  3. Click on the invitation link
  4. Send URL to invitee

Remove Members

  1. Click on “Manage Member” under “Manage Teams”
  2. Click on the trash bin icon next to the member you want to remove
  3. Click “Remove”

User Roles: Member/Manager

  1. Click on “Manage Member” under “Manage Teams”
  2. Click on the down arrow next to a member’s name
  3. Choose a role: “Member” or “Manager”

Member Access to Floors

  1. Click on “Manage Member” under “Manage Teams”
  2. Click on the pen icon next to a member’s name
  3. Select the floors they are allowed access to (uncheck the floors they are not granted access to)
  4. Click “Update”

Members in Projects・Groups

  1. Click on “Manage Member” under “Manage Teams”
  2. Click on the pen mark next to the member’s name under “Project” or “Group”
  3. Click on the checkboxes next to the projects and groups that the member belongs to
  4. Click “Update” to save changes
