In the VoicePing virtual office you can add, remove, and change the roles of members.
Manage Members
To manage your members, you will first need to get to the browser page.
- Click on the gear icon at the upper right corner of the screen
- Click on āMembersā
- Click on āManage Memberā and you will be redirect to the page shown below
Add Members
- Click on āManage Memberā under āManage Teamsā
- Click on āAdd Memberā
- Click on the invitation link
- Send URL to invitee

Remove Members
- Click on āManage Memberā under āManage Teamsā
- Click on the trash bin icon next to the member you want to remove
- Click āRemoveā
User Roles: Member/Manager
- Click on āManage Memberā under āManage Teamsā
- Click on the down arrow next to a memberās name
- Choose a role: āMemberā or āManagerā
Member Access to Floors
- Click on āManage Memberā under āManage Teamsā
- Click on the pen icon next to a memberās name
- Select the floors they are allowed access to (uncheck the floors they are not granted access to)
- Click āUpdateā
Members in Projectsć»Groups
- Click on āManage Memberā under āManage Teamsā
- Click on the pen mark next to the memberās name under āProjectā or āGroupā
- Click on the checkboxes next to the projects and groups that the member belongs to
- Click āUpdateā to save changes
