What is the Screenshot Function?

When a team member uses the work timer, the entire desktop screen is automatically saved as a screenshot every 10 minutes and recorded as a work log so that managers can have an overview of the work status of each team member.

How to set up the Screenshot Function

  1. Click the clock mark on the top right of the work timer
  2. Click Manage Members at the top of your browser
  3. Click "Time tracking settings"
  4. Click the “Time Tracking” toggle button
  5. Click the "Screenshot" toggle button

  • Screenshots will be taken automatically at the start and end of the work timer, as well as every 10 minutes.
  • When taking a screenshot, the user will be notified that the screen has been captured as a native notification on the desktop.

How to View Screenshots

  1. Click the clock mark on the top right of the work timer
  2. Click "Work Log" at the top of the browser
  3. Click “Work diary”
  4. Click on the date, and then click on the date on which you want to view the work log from the calendar that appears.
  5. Search for the name of the user you want to view the work diary of and click on it.
  6. If you want to view the work diary by project, select that project.

How to Delete Screenshots

Both members and managers can delete the recorded work time every 10 minutes along with screenshots if necessary. However, working hours are deleted at the same time.

  1. Hover over work log
  2. Click on the trash can icon that appears next to the working hours
  3. Click "Delete"

  1. Click "Work Log" at the top of the browser
  2. Click “Manual change log”
  3. Select period
