Project Management

With the virtual office in VoicePing, you can manage the productivity of your team for each in-house project.

Create a Project

  1. Click on “Manage Projects” under the time tracker
  2. Click on “Manage Project” in your browser
  3. Click on “Add Project”
  4. Enter a project name
  5. Add members to your project
  6. Click “Save”
Creating a project

Users that are selected as member to the project are able to select the project and enter their work contents when using the time tracker.

Work Logs for Projects

For each project, managers can see how much time members spent on a project and what exactly they have worked on

Please refer to the page below for more information on “Work Logs” and other productivity tools.

Manage Members in Projects

Add Members

  1. Click on “Manage Projects” under “Manage Teams”
  2. Select a project
  3. Click on “Add Member”
  4. Select members to add
  5. Click “Save”

Remove Members

  1. Click on “Manage Projects” under “Manage Teams”
  2. Select a project
  3. Click on the red trash bin icon next to the name of the member you want to remove
  4. Click “Remove”

Delete a Project

  1. Click on “Manage Projects” under “Manage Teams”
  2. Select the project to delete
  3. Click “Delete Project”
