Display of Apps in Use

What Are the Apps in Use?

In VoicePing, applications that team-members are using in real-time, are displayed next to their names in the sidebar at the left side of the screen.

Display of Apps in Use: ON/OFF

Managers can decide whether the apps in use by their team is displayed in real time.

  1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Go to “Workspace”
  3. Check on the toggle bar for “Enable Active App”

Time Tracking: ON/OFF

Managers can decide whether their team can use the time tracker or not.

  1. Click on the clock icon in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Go to “Manage Teams”
  3. Go to “Timetracking Settings”
  4. Click on the toggle switch under “Time Tracking” to enable or disable the time-tracking function for workspace members

PC Non-Operation Time Settings

Managers can set how long the members can be away from their workspace until their basic status is automatically switched to "Away".

  1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen
  2. Go to “Workspace”
  3. Select time in “Away Status Interval”
