Display of Apps in Use
What Are the Apps in Use?
In VoicePing, applications that team-members are using in real-time, are displayed next to their names in the sidebar at the left side of the screen.
Display of Apps in Use: ON/OFF
Managers can decide whether the apps in use by their team is displayed in real time.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Go to “Workspace”
- Check on the toggle bar for “Enable Active App”
Time Tracking: ON/OFF
Managers can decide whether their team can use the time tracker or not.
- Click on the clock icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Go to “Manage Teams”
- Go to “Timetracking Settings”
- Click on the toggle switch under “Time Tracking” to enable or disable the time-tracking function for workspace members

PC Non-Operation Time Settings
Managers can set how long the members can be away from their workspace until their basic status is automatically switched to "Away".
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Go to “Workspace”
- Select time in “Away Status Interval”
