What is a project?
Project is a categorization function that allows you to check the members involved and their working hours for each project running within the company.
Create a project
- Click on the project to the left of the work timer
- Click "Manage Project"
- Click the "Add Project" button on your browser
- Enter project name
- Add team members to the project
- Click the "Add" button
Members assigned to a project will be able to select the relevant project on the work timer and enter their work details.
Check the work log for each project
See who spent how much time and what they did for each project. Please check the page below for details.

Member group management within a project
Projects can be assigned not only to members but also to groups.

How to Add Member Groups
- Click on the project to the left of the work timer
- Click "Manage Project"
- Select a project on the browser
- Click "Add member" or "Add group"
- Select the member/group you want to add
- Click the "Add" button
Delete Member Group
- Click on the project to the left of the work timer
- Click "Manage Project"
- Select a project on the browser
- Click the trash can icon to the right of the member or group name you want to delete
Check history of deleted users
You can view the history of online logs and work logs (including data exports, manual change logs, invoices, etc.) related to deleted users.
If you need to delete a user quickly, you can check their history after deleting them.
Delete project
- Click on the project to the left of the work timer
- Click "Manage Project"
- Select a project on the browser
- Click the "Delete project" button
- Click the "Delete" button
