In meetings, technical terms and proper nouns can have variations in pronunciation or multiple possible readings, which may lead to recognition errors by speech-to-text AI. This is especially true for new product names derived from English and industry-specific terminology, as different speakers may pronounce them differently, making accurate transcription more challenging.

To address this issue, you can utilize the Special Word Dictionary and the Translation Dictionary to ensure consistent recognition of specific terms, improving both transcription and translation accuracy.

Types of Dictionary

• The registered dictionary entries will be applied across the entire workspace.

How to Use the Dictionary Feature

① Opening the Dictionary Feature

→ Opening from Transcription Mode

Tap the "..." (More) button at the bottom and select Dictionary Feature to open it.

→ Opening from Virtual Office Mode

Press the Settings button on the right, then go to the Speech to Text section to access the dictionary.

② Registering Words

Special Word Dictionary

(1) Registering from the Interface

1. Click the "Add Word" button to open a new entry field.
2. Enter the word display form and pronunciation in the respective fields -Special Word (intended display) -Misrecognized Words (common incorrect transcriptions)

＊Multiple pronunciations can be registered.

1. Press the ⭐ "Save" ⭐ button to complete the registration.

(2) Bulk Registration via CSV

1. Download the CSV template.
2. Fill in the template with the word display and pronunciation under the respective columns and save the file.

To prevent character corruption, ensure the file is saved with UTF-8 encoding.

1. Click "Import CSV" and upload the completed file.
2. Press the ⭐ "Save" ⭐ button to complete the registration.

Translation Dictionary

(1) Registering from the Interface

1. Select a word from the Special Word Dictionary or manually enter a new one.
2. Input the corresponding translations for each language.

How to Add/Modify Languages in the Translation Dictionary

Go to Settings from the Top Right → Speech to text → Language Option for Workspace.

※ The dictionary supports up to 4 languages.

1. Press the ⭐ "Save" ⭐ button to complete the registration.

2. Enter the appropriate translations for each language and save the file.
