※ For customers NOT using Premium Support: Please note that we do not provide support via email, phone call, web meetings, or face-to-face meetings. We only respond to issues such as login problems or event plan not being applied. Even for non-Premium Support customers, we provide practice periods and apply event plans for rehearsal days at no additional cost, so please try the service yourself. Support examples: Manual guidance, all preparations for the event day, operation methods on the day, connection methods to audio devices, troubleshooting for transcription and translation issues

  1. Verbal price agreement during the online individual information session, or contract decision after issuing a quote

  2. Service application form issued by our company
