Creating a New Workspace (User Registration)

🟡 Steps 🟡

  1. Click the “Start free plan” button at the top right of the homepage to move to the “Admin Sign Up” screen.

  1. Enter your email address, name, and password, then click “Next →.” * To register with a Google account, click the “Create New Workspace with Google” button and log in.

3. Enter your company name, company size, and position, answer the two questions, and click “Admin Sign Up”

  1. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.

  1. Enter the workspace name.
  2. Enable or disable the web app.
💡
If you want users to be able to use the web app, turn the switch on. This option can be changed later in the [Dashboard] -> [Manage Members] section.
  1. Select the language options (up to 4).
  2. Click “Create Workspace.”
  1. The download will start automatically. If it does not start, click the download button.

📱 For Mobile & Tablet PC

  1. Click the menu at the top right of the homepage and select “Start Free Plan” menu.

2. Enter your email address and password, then click “Create Account.” Next, enter the verification code sent to your registered email address. (To register with a Google account, click “Create Account with Google.”)

3. After creating the account, press the icon button to download the VoicePing mobile app.

4. Open the app and log in to complete the setup.

Floor settings, etc., can be changed from the desktop app.

If you registered on mobile and would like to download the PC app, please click here to go to the download section of the homepage and click the download button.

Installing the app

  • For Windows OS
    1. Run the downloaded "voice-ping.exe" file. After installation, the app will be launched.

  • For Mac OS
    1. Double-click the downloaded "voice-ping.dmg" file. A folder will be opened.
    2. Move the VoicePing app to the Applications folder by dragging and dropping it as shown by the arrow in the image.

Install on Mac OS

  1. Click "VoicePing" from Launchpad to launch the app.

  1. If a pop-up appears saying "Are you sure you want to open it?", click "Open". The app will start.
  2. If you use a Google account or install the app without registering as a member, please follow the instructions that appear when you start the app and enter the information necessary for use.
