The 2D map-based office space you see when you log in to VoicePing is called a "Floor."

Similar to a real office, it's a space where you can sit at a desk to work, chat casually with nearby team members, or hold meetings.

⬆️ For example, in the image above, a floor named "general & interview Room＆ marketing sales" has been created in a workspace called "Takahashi's Workspace.”

How to Create a Floor

• You can add a floor by clicking the "+" button at the top of the left-side menu (as shown in the video above).
• You can assign workspace members to each floor.

Floor Settings

The "Settings" (gear icon) at the top of the application is the button for Floor Settings.
