Q. Can individuals sign up for the Enterprise Plan?

A. The Enterprise Plan requires a minimum of 50 accounts (members). The total cost is calculated as "price per person × number of accounts."

Q. I'm considering the Small Plan. How is transcription usage time calculated?

A. Transcription time is calculated as the total usage time of all members and guests.

→ Example: Small Plan with 600 minutes

  • A: 30 minutes used
  • B: 40 minutes used
  • C (Guest): 25 minutes used

Total usage time: 30 min + 40 min + 25 min = 95 min

Remaining available time: 600 min - 95 min = 505 min

Regarding Transcription Time for Premium and Enterprise Plans
