Plan Change/Cancellation

How to change your plan

1. PC

1.Login to VoicePing from your browser 2.Click on the user icon 3.Click on “View Admin Dashboard”

  1. From the “Payment Information” section, follow the steps below to switch to your preferred plan.

1.Click on “Change Plan 2.Select the plan of your choice 3.Confirm the details and complete the plan change

2. Mobile

1.Open the VoicePing mobile app and log in 2.Tap the triple line icon in the upper left corner

3.Tap “Update plan” 4.Tap the plan you wish to change 5.Confirm details from the purchase confirmation page and complete the plan change

3. Electronic Contract (Customer by Written Agreement)

  1. Apply to “support@voice-ping.com If you wish to complete the change procedure, please submit a request to the e-mail address “support@voice-ping.com” with the following information.

Cancellation : For those who paid in-app

1. PC

1.Login to VoicePing from your browser 2.Click on the user icon 3.Click on “View Admin Dashboard”

4. In the “Payment Information” section, follow the steps below to switch to the “Free Plan”

1.Click on “Change Plan 2.Click on “Change to Free Plan” under Free Plan 3.Fill in the reason for cancellation 4.Cancellation of paid plan is completed.

2. Mobile

Note:

Based on App Store policies, the "Change Plan" button will appear on the mobile version after using up the full 60 minutes of free usage.

  4. Tap ‘Change to Free Plan’
  1. Tap ‘Start Free Plan’
  2. Please select a reason for cancellation

If you select "Other", you must enter at least 15 characters before the cancel button will be enabled.
  1. Tap ‘Cancel’
  2. Check the cancellation statement on the "Plan" screen.

Please make sure to read the cancellation statement carefully - if you do not follow these steps your cancellation will be considered incomplete and no refunds will be given.

After you have completed canceling your plan, please also check the cancellation confirmation email from account@voice-ping.com.

Regarding Data Retention Period

Notice Regarding Data Retention Period

[Audio Data] For users on the Small and Premium plans, to maintain data security and efficient storage management, audio data will be stored for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, data will be permanently deleted without prior notice. *Extended Retention Requests If you are a paying user who requires long-term storage, we offer an option to retain data until the next contract renewal. Please feel free to contact us by the end of November 2024 to discuss your needs.

[Recorded Video Data]

Recorded video data that is older than one month will be deleted without prior notice. If you wish to retain your videos for more than one month, please download them in advance.
