Avatar settings

Change Avatar Image

You can change the avatar image when the camera is turned off.

1. Click the gear icon at the top left of the app screen
2. Click on the pen icon at the top left of your profile
3. select image
4. If you want to make the image larger or smaller than the automatically set size, click anywhere other than the circle and move the mouse to crop the image.
5. Click the "Upload" button

Change Avatar Size

1. Click the gear icon at the top left of the app screen
2. Click on the “Workspace” tab
3. Click the arrow next to the size of "User Avatar Size"
4. select size
5. Click the "Update" button

Change Avatar Display Name

You can change your name as it appears on your team.

1. Click the gear icon at the top left of the app screen
2. Change "Display Name" to the name you want to display to your team
3. Click the "Update" button

Show Avatar Name

1. Click the gear icon at the top left of the app screen
2. Click on the “Workspace” tab
3. Click the arrow next to "Balloon Text Size"
4. select size
5. Click the arrow next to "Display name font size"
6. select size
7. Click the "Update" button

Automatic login setting when starting the computer

You can set VoicePing to start automatically when you start your computer.

1. Click the gear icon at the top left of the app screen
2. Click on the “General” tab
3. Click the toggle button next to "Automatically start VoicePing when computer starts"

In-app display language settings

You can choose the display language in the app from Japanese, English, and Korean.

1. Click the gear icon at the top left of the app screen
2. Click on the “General” tab
3. Click the arrow next to "Display language"
4. Select the display language from Japanese, English, and Korean

Cooperation with other apps

VoicePing can be used in conjunction with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Slack, and Chatwork. Please see the link below for details.

How to update the desktop app version

To update the version of the desktop app,

Open the application's "Settings menu ⚙️" → select "Version".

Once you have the latest version, you can start downloading and installing it.

Updating Email Address

Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner→Account→Email→Update.

You will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox.

Change account name

Upper right gear icon→Account→Enter display name

Updating password

Upper right gear icon→Account→Enter old password and new password
