What is the Broadcast Function?
When member are doing their work on the floor, they can hear the voices of others when close in proximity.
However, before a general meeting or at times where you want all members to gather, there is a need to invite all members to come closer.
That is when the “Broadcast” function can be used.
How to Use the Broadcast Function
- Click on “Broadcast” in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen
- Click on “Start Broadcasting”
- Make any necessary announcements
- Click on “Broadcast” in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen once again to end it
