If you would like to cancel your paid plan, please complete the following two steps.
Changing to a Free Plan
◆ Those who made a credit card payment
For PC Users:
You can access the "Payment Information" tab below on your browser. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow the below video and change to the free plan on your browser
For Mobile users:
Access the link below and switch your phone to HORIZONTAL SCREEN. You can see the billing tab and switch the plan to a free plan.
- Access: https://app.voice-ping.com/user/signin. From your profile menu on the right ⇒ Select Admid Dashboard
- Make the screen horizontal, and then you can see the Billing tab and switch your plan to the free plan

◆ Those who have not made a credit card payment
If you have made a contract using a method other than credit card payment, you will not be able to access the "Payment Information" tab.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please submit the cancellation request form and delete your account. And then, please move to 2. Delete your account.

1. Change to free plan
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the app
- Click on the “Workspace” → "Click here" below the workspace name
- Click the "Change Plan" → "Change to free version"
- Enter the reason for cancellation.
- Click the "Cancel subscription" button
2. Delete Account (If you do not want to continue using the free version)
Please refer to the page below to delete your account before the end of the free trial subscription. If you would like to continue using the free version of VoicePing, this procedure is unnecessary.
