Confirm/Change Workspace Name
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the app
- Click on the “Workspace” tab
- Confirm or change the "Workspace name" *Be sure to click the "Update" button after changing
Time Tracking Function
Workspace owners/managers can set whether to use the time tracking feature.

Turning on/off the Display of Apps in use
What are Apps in use?
VoicePing displays the applications each member is currently working on open on their desktop, to the right of their name in the name bar on the left side of the screen. This is the app in use.
How to Turn on/off the Display of Apps in use
Workspace owners can choose whether to see which applications are in use.
- Click the gear icon at the top right of the app
- Click on the “Workspace” tab
- Click the toggle button for "Show apps in use"
- Click the "Update" button
"Working" status automatically resets after 24 hours
You can reset the "Working" status of all workspace users to "Online" every day at 24:00 UTC+9.

Enable text chat saving
Text chat history can be saved for 7 days.

Enable Transcript AI (Beta) powered by ChatGPT and Whisper
You can easily check meeting minutes using Transcript AI (Beta), an AI assistant equipped with ChatGPT. Additionally, you can use Transcript AI (Beta) to improve the transcription accuracy of the minutes themselves. Please see the following page for settings. 👇
Screen sharing visibility
Enabling this feature will allow all users on the floor to see your screen share. When disabled, only users within hearing range can see the screen share.
