What Are “Guests”?

“Guests” are those who do not need to be members of a workspace and can access the virtual office from a web browser through a URL without having to install the app.

This function is useful for recruitment interviews, business negotiations, webinars/events, etc.

Invite Guests

1. Click on the kebab menu next to the name of the floor you want to invite guests to
2. Click on “Settings”
3. Turn on “Enable Guest Web App”
4. Copy the URL
5. Click on the blue “Update” button
6. Share the copied URL with the person you want to invite

※ If “Enable Guest Web App” is disabled before guests enter the floor, they will not be able to access it.

※It is recommended that guests enter a name that is recognizable so that you know who is entering.

Precautions For When Members Enter As Guests

Setting a Password (Optional)

Guests can be required to enter a password when entering the floor.

1. Turn on “Enable Guest Web App Password Protection”
2. Copy the password and share it with guests.

※ If “Enable Guest Web App Password Protection” is disabled, guests can enter without a password.

Guest View

When joining a workspace (floor or meeting room) as a guest, please allow your browser to access your camera and microphone. Enter your name, select your language, and set a virtual background if necessary.
