What is the Time Tracking Function?
When you use the time tracking function, the work you entered is tracked by project and time and recorded as a log.
Select a Project
From the projects assigned to you by the manager, select the project you are currently working on.
Start the Time Tracker
- Click on the start button (if you are working on a specific task, enter that in the box below)
Stop the Time Tracker
- Click the stop button to stop time tracking
Time Tracker: Automatic Start/Stop System
When Basic User Status is “Away”
If VoicePing detects no activity on your device for a certain period of time that the workspace administrator has set, your basic user status will be automatically changed to “Away” and the time tracker will stop. When you return to your PC and begin working again, the time tracker will automatically resume.

PC on Sleep Mode
When your PC goes into sleep mode, the time tracker will stop automatically.
When the PC is in use again, the time tracker will automatically resume.
Working Logs
- Click on the clock icon above the time tracker
- Go to “Working Logs”
- Check “Weekly Report” for an overview of how much time worked each day
- Check “Activity Summary” for a more detailed log of what tasks and projects were worked on
Edit Work Log
Add a New Work Log:
- Click on the clock icon above the time tracker
- In the web browser, click on “Working Logs”
- Click on “Activity Summary”
- Select the date
- Select the project
- Click on “Add Time”
- Add details of the work log
- Click on “Save”
Delete a Work Log:
- Click on the clock icon above the time tracker
- In the web browser, click on “Working Logs”
- Click on “Activity Summary”
- Select the date of the working log
- Click on the trash can icon next to the work log
- Click “Delete Time”
Export Work Logs
- Click on the clock icon above the time tracker
- In the web browser, click on “Working Logs”
- Click on “Export Report”
- Chose the time frame and project name
- Click on “Export to CSV” or “Export to PDF”
Publish an Invoice
Time tracking feature automatically records work logs for easy invoicing.
Publish an Invoice
- Click the clock icon in the upper right corner of the work timer
- Click on the "Work Log" tab on the browser
- Click on the "Invoices" tab
※ Fill in the billing information from "Invoice Setup" and it will automatically be entered into the invoice each time.
- Click on the "Create Invoice" button
- fill in the invoice details
- Click on "Generate Item from Work Log
- Specify the period of time and click the "Generate" button.
If there are any working hours not recorded in the application, you can add them from "Add Item". 1.
