This is the flow to start using the virtual office tool VoicePing.
Outlline
Get URL
Click on the invitation URL sent by your manager. If you do not have the invitation URL, please ask your manager to issue one for you.
Create account
Click on the invitation link you received and you will be redirected to the membership registration page.
If you open the invitation link (URL) on your PC
- Enter your email address, name, and password and click the "Create Member Account" button. If you want to register as a member using your Google account, click the "Register as a member with Google" button and log in.
- If you received an invitation link via email, you will need to enter the email address you received it.
- Downloading will start automatically. If the download does not start, click the "Download Mac version" button.

If you open the invitation link (URL) on a tablet or smartphone
- Enter your email address, name, and password and click the "Create Member Account" button. If you wish to register as a member using your Google account, please click the "Register as a member with Google" button and log in.
- If you received an invitation link via email, you will need to enter the email address you received it.
- "Allow" access to microphone
- Access the VoicePing floor on your browser
Download and Install
Download the desktop app
If you complete your membership registration on your PC, the app will be automatically downloaded. If you have already downloaded the app, please proceed to install the app .
If you registered on mobile and would like to download the PC app, please click here to go to the download section of the homepage and click the download button.
Installing the app
- For Windows OS
- Run the downloaded "voice-ping.exe" file. After installation, the app will be launched.
- For Mac OS
- Double-click the downloaded "voice-ping.dmg" file. The app will be installed and the folder will be opened.
- Move the VoicePing app to the Applications folder by dragging and dropping it as shown by the arrow in the image.

- Click "VoicePing" from Launchpad to launch the app.

- If a pop-up appears asking "Are you sure you want to open it?", click "Open". The app will start.

Enabling and using web apps
No desktop app installation required. You can use the virtual office on your browser.
Enabled per user
- Click the member icon at the top right of the floor to go to the user management page
- Find the user you want to enable the web app for and click the toggle button under "Web App"

Use the web app
If you have finished your membership registration on your PC and do not want to use the desktop app, please access the virtual office from the web app.
Use web apps from mobile
You can also use VoicePing from your mobile browser.
- Click the icon at the top left of the mobile web app. A side menu will appear.
- Click on a specific person and invite them closer.
- Select a conference room and instantly move from floor to floor or from another conference room.
