Text Translation

Text Translations

When you enable text translation, texts sent by other users will be translated into the language of your choice.

*Enabling or disabling will be recorded in the event log.

*Text translation supports up to 4 languages (English, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese). However, the number of languages varies depending on your plan.

  1. Click "Chat" in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Click on the text icon.
  3. Click the toggle button for “Text Translation”.

Choose Translation Language

  1. Click "Chat" on the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Click on the audio icon.
  3. Select the text translation language.
    4. Choose the language

Show/Hide Messages Before Translation

  1. Click "Chat" on the toolbar at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Click on the audio icon.
  3. Make sure that the “Text Translation” feature is enabled.
  4. Click the toggle button of “Show Original Message”.
