Time Tracker and Work Efficiency Management

Time Tracker

The time tracking function is at the upper left corner of the VoicePing app, allowing you to track how long you work.

This time tracking function will help to increase productivity as it allows you to see how long members have been working on projects.

※ If the time tracker is not necessary, workspace owners can hide the function. Please refer to the page below for details.

Workspace Management

Select a Project

From the projects assigned to you by the manager, select the project you are currently working on.

Start the Time Tracker

  1. Enter what you are working on
  2. Click Enter or press the start button

Stop the Time Tracker

  1. Click the stop button to stop time tracking

Time Tracker: Automatic Start/Stop System

When Basic User Status is “Away”

If you have not operated your PC for the time that the workspace administrator has set, your basic user status will be automatically changed to “Away” and the time tracker will stop.

When you return to your PC and begin working again, the time tracker will automatically resume.

※ Please refer to the page below for more information on the “Away” status.

PC on Sleep Mode

When your PC goes into sleep mode, the time tracker will stop automatically.

When the PC is in use again, the time tracker will automatically resume.

Working Logs

  1. Click on the clock icon above the time tracker
  2. In your browser, check work time and contents

Edit Work Log

Delete Work Log:

  1. Click on the clock icon above the time tracker
  2. In the web browser, click on “Working Logs”
  3. Click on “Activity Summary”
  4. Click on the trash can icon next to work log
  5. Click on Delete Time

Add New Work Log:

  1. Click on “Add Time”
  2. Select appropriate project name and fill out form
  3. Click on “Save”

Export Work Logs

  1. Click on the clock icon above the time tracker
  2. In the web browser, click on “Working Logs”
  3. Click on “Export Report”
  4. Chose the appropriate time frame and projects
  5. Click on “Export to CSV” or “Export to PDF”

Create an Invoice

  1. Click on the clock icon above the time tracker
  2. In the web browser, click on “Working Logs”
  3. Click on “Invoices”
  4. Click on “New Invoice” and fill in information
  5. Click on “Create Invoice” or “Create & Download PDF”
