Guests- Trouble in the Meeting Room
If you are a guest in a VoicePing meeting room and your mic or camera is not working, please check your settings.
Allow Browser Access
- Check if “Audio” is on.
- If cannot unmute yourself and/or cannot turn on your camera, click on the icon in the search bar above. Allow the browser to access your “Camera” and “Microphone” by clicking on the toggle bars next to each setting.
Check Browser Settings
- Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and go to “Settings”
- Go to “Site Settings” in the “Privacy and security” tab
- Go to the “Camera” and “Microphone” tabs
- Make sure that your browser allows sites to access your camera and microphone. If these have already been selected, deselect and select again.
- Lastly, from your “Recent activity”, check to see if your browser has blocked app.voice-ping.com. If it has been blocked, change the permissions for your “Camera” and “Microphone” to “Allow”.
