How to Translate a Speaker’s Voice

  1. Launch the VoicePing App.
  2. Select the Translation Language.

  • Microphone Icon: Speech-to-text language (speaker’s language)
  • "文&A" Icon: Translation language (audience’s language)
💡

Example: If you want to translate English into Japanese → Set the Microphone icon to English and the "文&A" icon to Japanese.

  1. Click "Start Recording" to begin.
  2. Adjust the VoicePing translation screen size, text size, and colors to fit the venue’s display. * For more details on the presentation subtitle feature, click here

  4. Unmute the microphone to start translation.
  5. When the session ends, click "Stop" to finish translation.
  6. Save the session by adding a title and tags.

How to Generate a QR Code for Audience Translation Access

  1. Click the "Share" button.

  1. Click "Download QR Code" to save the QR code to your PC.

  1. Share the QR Code with the Audience.
  2. When participants scan the QR code and enter, their names will appear in the participant list.

You can also check the number of participants via the "Share" icon. 💡 The "Remove" option allows you to remove participants from the translation channel.

[For Participants] How to Join a Translation Channel

  1. Scan the QR code and access the translation channel via your browser.
  1. You will see the following screen:
    • “Your Name”: Enter your name.
    • “Language that you want to see”:Select the language in which you want to view the translation.

  2. Once you enter, the following screen will appear:
    1. From this screen, participants can:

      (From left to right)

    2. Change the translation language
    3. Adjust how the translation is displayed
    4. Adjust the reading speed
    5. Enable or disable the read-aloud feature
    6. Exit the session
