What is Member Management?

Member management involves adding, removing, and changing the roles of members within the virtual office.

How to Manage Members

1. First, go to the "Member Management" page.

2. What you can do on the "Member Management" page:

  • Add Members
  • Change Member Roles: Workspace Owner, Manager, Member
💡
If you are the owner of multiple workspaces, you cannot change the workspace owner.
  • Assign Projects
  • Assign Groups
  • Assign Floors Accessible to Each Member (if multiple floors are available)
  • Web App: Allow VoicePing access via browser
  • Remove Members
