Membership registration & workspace creation

For PC

1. Click the "Try Free Version" button at the top right of the top page . Move to the "Create new workspace" screen.

2. Enter your email address, name, and password and click "Next →". If you want to create a new workspace using your Google account, click the "Create a new workspace with Google" button and log in.

3. Enter your company name, company size, title, and phone number, answer the question "How did you hear about VoicePing?", and click "Create a new workspace".

4. Enter the name of the workspace your team will use, enable or disable features within the workspace, then click Create Workspace.

6. Downloading will start automatically. If the download does not start, click the download button.

For tablet/mobile

1. Click the triple line in the upper right corner of the top page

, and in the menu that appears, click "Start with a free plan" or "Try the free version."

2. Enter your email address, name, and password, and click "Next →". Also, if you want to create a new workspace using your Google account, click the "Create a new workspace with Google" button and log in.

3. Enter your company name, company size, job title, phone number, answer the question "How did you hear about VoicePing?" and click "Create a new workspace."

4. Enter the name of the workspace your team will use, enable or disable features within the workspace, then click Create Workspace.

5. Click "Allow" because VoicePing can access the microphone.

6. Access the VoicePing floor on your browser.

• Floor settings etc. can be changed from the desktop app.

Installing the app

• For Windows OS
1. Run the downloaded "voice-ping.exe" file. After installation, the app will be launched.

• For Mac OS
1. Double-click the downloaded "voice-ping.dmg" file. A folder will be opened.
2. Move the VoicePing app to the Applications folder by dragging and dropping it as shown by the arrow in the image.

1. Click "VoicePing" from Launchpad to launch the app.

1. If a pop-up appears saying "Are you sure you want to open it?", click "Open". The app will start.
2. If you use a Google account or install the app without registering as a member, please follow the instructions that appear when you start the app and enter the information necessary for use.
