If you would like to use live translations in other applications, click on the “Translation for Zoom, Teams, Meets, and more” at the top of the workspace. If you also want to record the meeting and the transcriptions, click the toggle button for “Record” beforehand. Once you press “Stop”, two links will show up in your workspace.

NOTE For Mac Users: Please use a built-in mic instead of headphones when using this feature

Detect Meetings

If you want VoicePing to detect meetings in other applications, place your cursor over “Translation for Zoom, Teams, Meets and more” and click the toggle button for “Detect meetings” before your meeting.

Set Up Languages

Open up the app that you want to use, and choose the original language along with the one that you want to translate it to.

The translation box can also be freely resized.

Integrate Slack, Discord, and Chatwork

Integrate your VoicePing account with Slack, Discord, and Chatwork so that you can receive notifications in your channel when transcriptions are created. 👇

You and foreign participants can use Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet while having VoicePing translation by your side. There is no need to download the VoicePing app, and only requires one PC to set up.

Follow the steps below to set up.

  1. Create a Translation URL

For your guest to also have translations, create a meeting room and click on the toggle button next to “Enable Listner Web App”.

Then, click on the toggle button that shows up next to “Enable Listner’s mic”, copy the URL above, and click “Create”.

  1. Send URL

Share the copied URL with your participants and have them access the link from either their PC or mobile device. The conversation will look like this on the PC:

How to View Transcriptions

To view the transcriptions from the meetings held on Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet, place your cursor above the “Translation for Zoom, Teams, Meets and more” button and click on “You can see the Transcript log from here”.
