Translations on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet etc.

How to translate ?

1. Open the online meeting tool.

  1. Click on "Translation for Zoom,Teams,Meets and more" to display the translation screen.
  2. Select the microphone icon (language you are speaking) + the "文 & A" icon (language you want to translate into).
  3. Start translation.

Please use a built-in mic instead of headphones when using this feature

Other Features

1. Language Settings

You can select the languages you use from the settings (up to four choices).

2. Translation Sharing

Share the translation screen's QR code or URL with your team.

  1. Click the "Share" button on the translation screen.
  2. Copy the URL or download the QR code for sharing.

If you access via URL(or QRcode), it will look like the video below.

3. Screen Record

  1. Open the online meeting tool.
  2. Set "Recording" to ON from "Translation of in-person and online meetings(ZOOM,TEAMS) and seminar" button.
  3. To stop recording, press "Stop".
  4. Click "Recording is here" to access the recorded video

4. Transcript Review

1.  Open the online meeting tool.

  1. Display the translation screen by clicking on "translation of in-person and online meetings(ZOOM,TEAMS) and seminar”
  2. Proceed with the meeting.
  3. To stop transcription, press "Stop".
  4. Click "Transcript is here" to access the transcription record.

Transcripts and recorded videos can also be viewed from the "See Online Log". Please see the video guide below.

5. Meeting Detection

  1. Set "Detect Meetings" to ON from the “Translation for Zoom,Teams,Meets and more”
  2. When you open the online meeting tool, the VoicePing app will automatically recognize the meeting.

Regarding Data Retention Period

[Audio Data] For users on the Small and Premium plans, to maintain data security and efficient storage management, audio data will be stored for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, data will be permanently deleted without prior notice. *Extended Retention Requests If you are a paying user who requires long-term storage, we offer an option to retain data until the next contract renewal. Please feel free to contact us by the end of November 2024 to discuss your needs.

[Recorded Video Data]

Recorded video data that is older than one month will be deleted without prior notice. If you wish to retain your videos for more than one month, please download them in advance.
