Start & Stop Recording
The recorded videos stored in the cloud will be available for one month. If you wish to keep a video for longer than one month, please download it after recording.
You can start and stop recording by clicking the "◉" button in the upper left corner of the meeting room.
- Turn on "Automatic Recording" by clicking the "◉" button in the upper left corner of the meeting room.
- Set it up from "Meeting Room Settings."
Review Recordings
- Hover over the "◉" button.
- Click "Recording History" that appears.
- Click the recording file name.
Share Recordings
- You can check recordings in "Recording" page.
- By default, only members who participated in the recorded meeting can view the recordings.
- If you want to share this recording with the entire workspace, turn on "Allow workspace members to view" under "Participants of the recorded meeting." This will make the recording public and shareable via URL, allowing all workspace members to view it.
Download Recordings
You can download the recording in WebM format by clicking the button shown in the image.
Regarding Data Retention Period
Notice Regarding Data Retention Period
[Audio Data] For users on the Small and Premium plans, to maintain data security and efficient storage management, audio data will be stored for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, data will be permanently deleted without prior notice. *Extended Retention Requests If you are a paying user who requires long-term storage, we offer an option to retain data until the next contract renewal. Please feel free to contact us by the end of November 2024 to discuss your needs.
[Recorded Video Data]
Recorded video data that is older than one month will be deleted without prior notice. If you wish to retain your videos for more than one month, please download them in advance.
