What is member management?
You can add, remove, and change roles of members within your virtual office.
Member Management Page
To manage your membership, you need to go to the Member Management page.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the app
- Click on the "User" menu
- Click the "Manage Users" button
Change Owner of Workspace
You can also change who owns the workspace from the member management settings.
However, please send us an inquiry through Intercom if you cannot change the workspace owner for either one of the following reasons:
- The current user is already a workspace owner of multiple workspaces
- The user whose role is being changed to a workspace owner is already an owner of multiple workspaces
Add Members
- Click the "Add member" button
- Copy invitation URL or enter email address
- If you copy the URL, share it with the members you want to add, or click the "Invite" button to send an email.

Delete Members
- Click the trash can icon to the far right of the member name you want to delete
- Click the "Delete" button
- For information on how to delete an administrator account, please refer to the page below.
Check History of Deleted Users
You can view the history of online logs and work logs (including data exports, manual change logs, invoices, etc.) related to deleted users.
If you need to delete a user quickly, you can check their history after deleting them.
Change Member Role
- Click the arrow in the Role column to the right of the member whose role you want to change
- Specify role
Set floors that Members Can Access
From the Browser
- Click the pen mark in the "Floor" column to the right of the member for whom you want to set floor access privileges.
- Select floors to be accessible (uncheck floors to be inaccessible)
- Click the "Update" button
From the Floor Settings in the App
- Click on the gear icon at the top left of the floor or the three dots on the sidebar
- Click the "assigning member" box and select the members you want to allow access to the floor (All Member for everyone)
- Click the "Update" button
Change the Project Group a Member Belongs to
Project & Groupe Change
- Click the pen mark in the "Project" column to the right of the member
- Select project or group
- Click the "Update" button
