Create an account from here and then create a workspace.

2. Start your free trial

Method 1: Registration from the app

  1. Open the VoicePing app
  2. Click “Upgrade the free plan”
  3. Click “Change plan”
  4. Click “Trial”
  5. Check the trial policy (end date) and register your credit card

How to cancel Trial Plan?

  2. click ‘change plan’
  3. Choose ‘Start free plan’
  4. Enter the reason for cancellation and click "Cancel Subscription”

Regarding Data Retention Period

[Audio Data] For users on the Small and Premium plans, to maintain data security and efficient storage management, audio data will be stored for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, data will be permanently deleted without prior notice. *Extended Retention Requests If you are a paying user who requires long-term storage, we offer an option to retain data until the next contract renewal. Please feel free to contact us by the end of November 2024 to discuss your needs.

Recorded video data that is older than one month will be deleted without prior notice. If you wish to retain your videos for more than one month, please download them in advance.
