What is time tracking?
Time tracking is a function that allows managers to check which members worked on which projects, what work they did, and for how long.
Enabling time tracking feature
Enable time tracking function for each member
- Click on the clock icon at the top left of the app
- Click the Manage Members tab on your browser
- Click on the “Time Tracking Settings” tab
- Enter the name of the user whose working hours you want to check (you can also use only part of the name; you can filter by pressing enter)
- Click the time tracking toggle button *If you enable the screenshot function, a screenshot of the screen will be recorded every 10 minutes.

Checking and utilizing work logs
The work log allows members to check the information and work hours entered (declared) from the work timer. To use this feature, managers must first create projects and assign members to each project.

- Click on the clock icon at the top left of the app
- Click the "Work Log" tab on your browser
- Select date
- Enter your username and press the search button or enter key (partial name will also work)
- Only managers can view logs other than their own.

Output and utilization of work log data
From VoicePing 2.4.0, you can output work log data as CSV and PDF files.
- Click on the clock icon at the top left of the app
- Click the "Work Log" tab on your browser
- Click on the “Data Export” tab
- Select period
- Select project
- Enter your username and press the search button or enter key (partial name will also work) - Only managers can view logs other than their own.
- Click "Export to CSV" or "Export to PDF" in the upper right corner
- Multiple members and projects can be selected.
It can be used as data for personnel and budget allocation within a project, and as material for one-on-one discussions.
Manage working hours
Managers can determine the hours and time frames that each member will work. This limit system makes it easy to set working hours for the team.
- Click on the clock icon in the upper right corner of the work timer
- Click on "Manage Teams" > "Time Tracking Settings" tab
- Click on "Enabling limits" for the member for whom you want to set a limit
- Click "Enable Shift" to set the work shift.
- Set the starting time and working time, and click the "Update" button. Limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- “Time zone" can also be set for global teams.
Checking and utilizing online logs
What is online log?
Online logs record the time members log in to the virtual office and their status changes at the time of login.

Check weekly report
The weekly report allows you to check the login time for each user for one week.
- Click on the clock icon in the upper left corner of the application
- Click on the "Work Log" tab on the browser
- Click on the "Work Log" and "Manual Change Log" tabs
- Fill in the date, user name, and project, and press the search button or enter key. (Only part of the name will also work)
Checking daily online logs
The daily online log allows you to check the history of status changes when users log in.
- Click on the clock icon at the top left of the app
- Click the "Online Log" tab on your browser
- Click on the “Daily Online Log” tab
- Select the period during which you were logged in that you want to check
- Enter the name of the user whose working hours you want to check (you can also use only part of the name; you can filter by pressing enter)
Output and utilization of online log data
Online log data can be output as CSV and PDF files.
- Click on the clock icon at the top left of the app
- Click the "Online Log" tab on your browser
- Click on the “Data Export” tab
- Select period
- Enter the name of the user whose working hours you want to check (you can also use only part of the name; you can filter by pressing enter)
- Click "Export to CSV" or "Export to PDF" in the upper right corner
- Multiple users can be selected. This can be used for invoices for part-time staff, etc.
